Looking back at 2016
2016! What a year, terrible in some areas but also good in some others. And before this year comes to an end this weekend I wanted to just have a moment and reflect on it. This might be also great for some new followers who haven’t seen everything or for you my old friends who have missed some things here and there.

I’m scared of 2017 is an understatement. I can say one thing for sure though, 2016 was a good blog year again even though that all of us bloggers are struggling with a shift in blogging and the fact that pageviews are dropping. All of us bloggers are trying to figure out what is next and some of us (me included) can’t seem to get warmed up to some of the shifts like being a video/youtube presence. I just don’t see myself liking to be in front of the camera and there are so many bloggers/vloggers who are so good at it that I hope us regular bloggers won’t disappear.
Who knows what blogging will bring for 2017, my plan, even though I’m discouraged most of the time, is to hang in there and not give up just yet.
I’m trying to not throw too many resolutions out there and just go with the flow. How about you? Any resolutions?
Have a wonderful new years and talk to you soon. I might actually still take next week off because I have some behind the scene Christmas decorating going on for 2017 Christmas decor. I know I’m crazy! That all means I have nothing new to share with you.
