Just popping in… (and winner announcement)
Just popping in real quick to wish you guys a Happy Thanksgiving.
I had all intentions for another post but life got in the way. And I’m actually thinking of maybe just posting once next week and maybe even taking a brake with the pet posts until after Christmas. I’m not sure yet.
This blog move has thrown me for a loop. Really, why didn’t anyone warn me not to do this before Christmas? 😉

Thanks, Julia , for all you do to brighten my heavy e-mail when I open each day. I love your blog and would totally understand if you backed off a bit. I started one a few years ago and then quickly realized oh no no no — NO ! Way too much work to be inventive, creative, cute, funny, and a good photographer to boot . Plus my mind was constantly running with the reel of how the blog dialogue would read. It became very weird. But you do it so well. Have a great Thanksgiving. We are all so blessed . But one word of advice, do NOT spill that red wine on any of your beautiful rugs !

Julia, Ilove your blog. I think you should take some time with your family. I think you need a break, just like anyone else does that works as hard as you.
