I remembered the easy 3D stars (click HERE to see the post) I shared a couple of years ago and have been using in all of my Christmas decorating every year. They would also be perfect for 4th of July decor.

Don’t be upset if you don’t have a cutter. You can do this project by hand as well. Just print out stars, cut them with a craft knife and perforate the fold with something like this HERE. It works just as well. There’s just a little more time involved when you don’t have machine cutting it for you.
Easy 4th of July Star Banner
Then you have to fold the stars along the lines like you can see in the photos below:
I decided to use red and blue stars and also made smaller white stars to place over the colored ones.
I used spray adhesive to glue the white ones on top of the colored ones but you can use standard glue as well.
Then I used a hole punch to cut holes on one tip of each star for the ribbon.
I used the below ribbon for the garland (click HERE):
And here is a close up:
Simple and easy to do and perfect for the 4th of July.
We had fun taking pictures with the banner for our fourth of July photos and we’ll use it a couple times yet while being at the beach.
It’s so easy to make even without a cutter, I promise.
Here are some photos and links of the same stars in my Christmas decor (click HERE )
Have a great week.
